About the project

A platform that allows users to book waste collection services and personnel to manage overall processes. They need to gather customers' payment details using tokenization in case users violate any of the restrictions outlined in the curbside collection guidelines, such as adding prohibited items into skip bags.

The client wanted to build a platform web app allowing users to book waste collection services and personnel to manage overall processes. They needed to gather customers' payment details using tokenization in case users violate any of the restrictions outlined in the curbside collection guidelines, such as adding prohibited items into skip bags.

Occasionally, it was quite challenging because some parts of current codebase architectures were pretty confusing to work with in the beginning.

BHSoft helped the client build a platform according to their exact requirements. We modified the current order process with new features and updated payment integration, automatic payment charges, and management. We provided API and databases for the back-end part of the project.
Features of the web/app:

Customers can order a skip bag and book waste collection services by signing in to the website or mobile app with their verified email and entering their name, contact details, address, and payment information.
Admin users have the ability to create new product requests and manage all collection requests. They are responsible for processing the payment for customers, and managing the tracking collection request from the time of order until the transaction is completed.
