With the entry of Mr. Tran Vu Viet Anh into the management team, BHTech underwent a significant restructuring. The team grew to 15 members, and the company quickly secured new international projects.
May 24, 2013: Partnership with TechzSolution (USA)
Shortly after stabilizing operations, BHTech made its first major international leap by partnering with TechzSolution, a prominent U.S.-based software company. This set the stage for continued work with U.S. clients on various projects, including mobile apps and 3D model modification.
December 2013: Collaboration with Vianova Systems Finland Oy
Entering the Finnish market, BHTech partnered with Vianova Systems, completing the "Ratas" GIS project successfully and setting a strong foundation for future growth.
July 24, 2014: Formation of Bac Ha International (BHI)
BHI, a joint venture with Vianova Finland, opened doors to new opportunities in Northern Europe.
October 1, 2014: Formation of Bac Ha Mobile (BHM)
Recognizing the demand for mobile apps, BHTech launched BHM to focus on mobile app development. This expansion increased staff to 26 members and office space to 220m².

January 2016: The First Project in Australia
2016 marked a significant milestone for BHTech in the Australian market. Collaborating with FileOptics, BHTech provided QA services, establishing a long-term partnership. Since then, BHSoft has continued to be a trusted partner for Australian companies, contributing to various projects.
June 2016: Expansion into Malaysia and Germany
BHTech successfully entered the Malaysian and German markets, completing projects in various industries and continuing to collaborate on new initiatives.
July 2016: Establishing a Presence in Singapore
BHTech has strengthened its presence in Singapore through major projects in finance and healthcare technology. Since then, BHTech has continued to work on various projects for other Singaporean clients.
November 2017: The First Project in Canada
BHTech entered the Canadian market with a web application project for restaurant reservations, which lasted nearly five years. BHSoft has since continued to work on projects in Canada, including SharePoint Filter Web Part (2019) and Car Wrap Management Web & Mobile Apps (2019-present).

April 2018: Opening of a New Office in Vinh
BHSoft expanded its operations by opening a new office in Vinh, Nghe An, covering 120m² and housing nine employees.
July 11, 2018: Official Rebranding to Bac Ha Software (BHSoft)
After much consideration, the leadership decided to consolidate the company’s brand under the name BHSoft, focusing on project quality and brand consistency. The Hanoi office also expanded to 520m².
February 2019: The First Project in Sweden
BHSoft entered Sweden with the Prepaid project, laying the groundwork for expertise in Application Tracking Systems (ATS).
March 2019: Organizational Restructuring
BHSoft restructured its organization, establishing specialized departments and appointing key personnel for new growth. Also, BHSoft continued to expand into new markets like Norway and Japan.
July 2019: Development of the First 3D Web Mapping Project and the First BIM Project
BHSoft took a bold step by signing a contract for a complex 3D web mapping project with a European client. The project, which initially estimated five man-years, has since exceeded 20 man-years, laying the foundation for more complex projects in the future.
Also in that time, BHSoft developed the first BIM project, BIM Open Tools, which continues today.
October 1, 2019: New Brand Image
BHSoft redesigned its logo to reflect a new brand image, emphasizing professionalism and reliability. The new logo features a stylized globe made of interconnected bricks, symbolizing the company’s commitment to building solid foundations for clients’ goals.
