BHSoft has spent time to the hilt researching technical terms and technical factors in the client's field before participating in the project. We have worked with the client to develop ideas, then clarified, investigated, and offered suggestions based on our own experiences. The project has been currently developing and updating new features aimed at increasing user convenience while also building the necessary components in accordance with client requirements.
Features of the app: The web application will be designed to satisfy two types of users:
- Administrator (admin):
+ Add/remove any accounts even the ones of admins and organizations using the service.
+ Add/remove/update information and data of control devices (light control and central control).
+ Send notifications to any accounts.
+ Receive requests and contributions from users of organizations using the service.
+ Manage Q&A documents, website language, etc.
- Organizations using the service:
+ Add/remove accounts under their management.
+ Create and delegate the appropriate features to the department or team based on their position and role.
+ Add/remove/update lighting route system equipment such as materials, light stations, electrical cabinets, etc.
+ Manage and operate the lighting system through control devices.
+ Receive notifications from other users and administrators.
+ Plan and record modification and failure in lighting equipment and material.
+ Make requests, ask questions to system administrators, etc.
