BHSoft dedicated significant time and effort to thoroughly research the technical terms and factors specific to the client’s field before engaging in the project. Through close collaboration with the client, we contributed valuable insights, refined ideas, and provided suggestions based on our extensive experience. The project is currently progressing, with new features being developed and updated to enhance user convenience, while also building essential components aligned with the client’s requirements.
The system was designed to cater to two types of users:
- Administrator (Admin):
- Add/remove accounts, including admin and organization accounts.
- Add/remove/update information for control devices (light control and central control).
- Send notifications to all accounts.
- Receive requests and feedback from users of organizations using the service.
- Manage Q&A documents, website language settings, and more.
- Organizations:
- Add/remove accounts under their management.
- Assign features and delegate responsibilities based on team roles and positions.
- Add/remove/update equipment for the lighting route system, such as materials, light stations, electrical cabinets, etc.
- Manage and operate the lighting system through control devices.
- Receive notifications from users and administrators.
- Plan and document modifications or failures in lighting equipment and materials.
- Make requests and ask questions to system administrators.
