BHSoft provides software development, IT consulting, and technology implementation services tailored to the specific requirements of each customer.


As every project differs in scope, technical requirements, complexity, and resource allocation, BHSoft does not publish fixed pricing on its website.


Service pricing is determined based on one or more of the following factors:

  • Business and technical requirements;
  • System size and complexity;
  • Functional scope to be implemented;
  • Man-day;
  • Required project resources;
  • Warranty, maintenance, and post-implementation support requirements;
  • Any other customer-specific requirements.


Upon receiving a customer's inquiry, BHSoft will assess the project requirements and provide a detailed quotation for the customer's review prior to the execution of any contract or service agreement.


3. Pricing Details 

Each quotation issued by BHSoft will clearly specify the applicable pricing and commercial terms for the relevant project, including:

  • Total service fees;
  • Scope of work;
  • Services included in the quoted price;
  • Services or deliverables excluded from the quoted price (if any);
  • Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable;
  • Additional costs outside the agreed scope (if any);
  • The validity period and applicable terms of the quotation.


As BHSoft provides software and information technology services, no shipping or delivery charges apply.


4. Pricing Adjustments 

If the customer requests changes to the project scope, additional requirements, or services beyond the agreed scope, BHSoft will evaluate the impact on pricing and obtain the customer's agreement before proceeding.


Any adjustment to the agreed pricing shall become effective only when confirmed by both parties in writing or through another legally recognized form of agreement.

5. Other Service Fees

BHSoft does not charge any fee for accessing bachasoftware.com or for submitting consultation or quotation requests through the website.


The website does not require user registration and does not charge any account registration fees, account maintenance fees, platform usage fees, or any other online service fees.

6. Changes to This Pricing Policy

BHSoft reserves the right to update or amend this Pricing Policy to reflect changes in its business operations or applicable laws and regulations.


The latest version of this Policy will be published on bachasoftware.com and shall become effective 30 days after its publication date.
