BHSoft partnered with a major media organization in Vietnam to develop a KPI management platform on Odoo 18 that supports employee performance evaluation across multiple departments. The system was designed to provide a structured, KPI-driven evaluation process while maintaining the flexibility needed to accommodate different operational models, performance metrics, and evaluation methods across the organization.
The platform helps managers and employees track performance more consistently, automate scoring processes, and improve visibility into organizational performance through centralized reporting and analytics.
