Payment Policy​

1. Scope​

This Policy sets out the payment methods, payment principles, and other matters relating to payments for services and solutions provided by Bac Ha Software Co., Ltd. (BHSoft).


2. Payment Methods ​

After receiving a customer's inquiry, BHSoft will discuss the customer's requirements, conduct a preliminary assessment, prepare a quotation, and, where agreed by the parties, execute a service agreement or contract.


Payment shall be made using the payment methods mutually agreed upon by BHSoft and the customer, including:

  • Bank transfer to the bank account of BHSoft;
  • Other lawful payment methods agreed upon by the parties.


The contract value, payment schedule, payment deadlines, and related payment terms will be specified in the applicable quotation, contract, or contract appendix.

BHSoft does not require customers to make payments directly through bachasoftware.com.


3. Promotions and Reward Programs ​

BHSoft does not currently operate:

  • Customer reward point programs;
  • Point cashback programs;
  • Point redemption programs;
  • Any loyalty or reward programs with redeemable monetary value.


If BHSoft introduces promotional or incentive programs in the future, the program details, eligibility conditions, applicable period, and customer benefits will be publicly announced on bachasoftware.com or in the specific program terms.


4. Responsibilities of the Parties 

BHSoft is responsible for:

  • Providing customers with sufficient information about the services before entering into a contract;
  • Performing services in accordance with the agreed scope and contractual commitments;
  • Issuing invoices and supporting documents in accordance with applicable laws, where required;
  • Protecting customers' payment information in accordance with applicable laws and data protection requirements.



Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing complete and accurate information necessary for contract execution and payment processing;
  • Making payments on time and using the payment method agreed upon by the parties;
  • Cooperating with BHSoft in verifying payment transactions when necessary.

5. General Provisions

This Payment Policy applies to services and transactions introduced through bachasoftware.com, unless otherwise agreed in writing between BHSoft and the customer.


BHSoft reserves the right to update or amend this Payment Policy to reflect changes in business operations or applicable laws and regulations.

The latest version of this Policy will be published on bachasoftware.com and shall become effective from the date of publication.
