– Provided training on required technical skills for projects.
– Daily communicated via Skype and project tools. Overlap working time is 4 hours per day (different time zones between Finland and Vietnam).
– Replaced one developer due to an unexpected reason.
– More than ten qualified developers working with Viasys projects in BHSoft 2016.
