Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers, understand their needs.
- Transmit customer requirements to the internal team.
- Assist customers and the internal team in accurately defining product requirements.
- Draft various documents and manage project-related documentation, including System Requirement Specification, Use Cases, Wireframes, etc.
- Assist in preparing instructional documents and provide direct guidance to help customers become familiar and proficient with the client's product system.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior manager.
Job requirements
- Eagerness to learn; Resilience under pressure; Sharp and effective communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; Flexibility, Proactive attitude
- English proficiency: Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English for effective communication and documentation as required.
- Background knowledge in Business Analysis is an advantage.
